Our client is searching for a talented Head Chef to lead their culinary team. The restaurant is located in beautiful surroundings, and each unit has its own unique character, combined with a passion for good food, fresh Finnish materials, and product development.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan the menus with the most delicious tastes from the archipelago. Dishes include fish, berries, and other ingredients that pure nature has to offer.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
3. Manage and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and mentoring to help them grow as culinary professionals.
4. Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
5. Work closely with restaurant management to ensure that menus, specials, and events are aligned with the restaurant's overall vision and goals.
6. Collaborate with other FeedIn chefs to share ideas and best practices, contributing to the company's overall success.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience as a chef, preferably if you also have head chef experience fine-dining restaurant.

Salary additions

- National holiday addition 100.00 %
Additions will be calculated and paid at the end of the contract.
