We’re looking for energetic and service-minded à la carte servers to join our team in Saariselkä.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-quality restaurant in the heart of Lapland, where customer experience and top-tier service are our highest priorities.

Lön: From 15 € / hour
Working hours: 112.5 hours / 3 weeks
Employment type: Fixed-term contract – The work is scheduled between November 15, 2025, and March 31, 2026
(The start and end dates are estimates and will be confirmed closer to the season.)

What We Expect From You

• A people-oriented attitude – we value personalized customer service
• Excellent communication and strong teamwork skills
• The ability to stay composed and positive, even during busy hours
• A flexible, customer-focused mindset
• Experience in both à la carte and buffet service
• Confidence and skills in bar work
• Fluent English skills – English is the working language
• Commitment to work throughout the winter season (November 2025 – March 2026)
