Temporary staffing Billing and Pricing
The billing rate for temporary staffing is determined by the duration of the assignment as follows:
Coefficient × employee’s hourly wage
The billing rate includes salary, holiday compensation, possible sick pay, and the employer’s statutory costs.
VAT 25.5% is added to all prices.
Legally and collectively agreed additional compensations (evening, night, and Sunday bonuses) are invoiced separately according to the job title’s coefficient.
Additionally, possible travel, per diem, tool, and other compensations are invoiced separately with a coefficient of 1.00.
Salary and allowance increases based on collective agreements will be applied to billing once they take effect.

Direct recruitment Fee & Terms
For direct recruitment, a 500 € advance fee is charged to initiate the process.
This amount is deducted from the final invoice once a suitable candidate is found. The advance fee is non-refundable if the client cancels the assignment.
The price of direct recruitment is agreed upon based on the job title.
If the selected employee does not meet the client’s expectations, we will arrange a new recruitment process free of charge. Complaints must be submitted no later than two weeks after the start of employment.
Hiring a Temporary Worker During the Contract Period
If the client wishes to hire a temporary worker during an ongoing contract, the Try & Hire pricing model below applies.
