We are looking for a chef for summer season in Utö archipelago!
Utö is a place where you can experience the rugged beauty and tranquility of the archipelago, while also offering the opportunity to create unforgettable customer experiences together with a skilled team. The island is accessible year-round by a free ferry, m/s Utö, which departs from Pärnäinen in Nauvo with a bus connection from Turku. The schedule is synchronized with the ferry’s departure. On Utö Island, you will find a shop, a school, and even Finland’s oldest lighthouse!
Utö Havshotelli is Finland’s southernmost sea hotel, featuring a 120-seat restaurant in the main building, Kasarmi, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served. More information about the hotel here.

We are looking for a chef for Utö Havshotell for the upcoming summer season of 2025. The season starts on March 28, 2025, and ends at the end of November. The season may also continue longer, which can be agreed upon separately.
We hope from you:
- Work experience as a chef
- A hygiene passport or willingness to obtain one
- Proficiency in Finnish and English; knowledge of Swedish is an advantage
- Enthusiasm, motivation, and the ability to work independently
- Flexibility and resilience under pressure

For chefs/kitchen staff, the work schedule is two weeks on and two weeks off. For other staff, the schedule is determined by agreement.
