We are looking for a reception + front desk worker to strengthen our client’s team in Lapland from mid-November to the end of March. We offer you the opportunity to play a key role in customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our client’s hotel. As a Reception + Front Desk Worker, your main task is to make every guest’s visit unforgettable. You will serve domestic and international customers, help them choose the best services, make reservations, and handle further arrangements. Your tasks will include: - Welcoming and assisting guests at both the reception and front desk in a friendly and helpful manner. - Ensuring that guests' special needs and requests are met in the best possible way. - Managing the hotel’s booking systems. - Participating in sales and marketing activities. Our client wishes you to have: - No specific work experience required, but previous experience in customer service and sales is considered an advantage. - Fluent English skills (both spoken and written) are essential. - Other languages, such as Finnish, French, German, Italian, and Dutch, are considered an advantage. - Initiative and the ability to work independently. - A good customer service attitude and the ability to work under pressure. - Responsibility and precision in your tasks.
