We’re Hiring a Room Attendant for the 2025–2026 Winter Season in Saariselkä.

Are you a proactive and efficient professional with an eye for detail, even during busy workdays? We’re looking for a room attendant to join our skilled and positive-spirited team in the stunning fells of Finnish Lapland.

In this role, you play a key part in ensuring our guests enjoy clean and comfortable rooms every single day – without compromising on quality.

Your daily responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of hotel rooms and shared areas. The rooms are located in separate buildings at the top of a fell, so the job requires readiness to move outdoors in varying weather conditions. The environment can be dynamic and the weather unpredictable, but a positive attitude and steady performance are essential in all situations.

What we expect from you:

• A fast, precise, and responsible work approach
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks
• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services
• Familiarity with the Mews hotel system is considered an advantage
• Fluent English skills – our team and guests communicate mainly in English
