The island is accessible year-round by a free ferry, m/s Utö, which departs from Pärnäinen in Nauvo with a bus connection from Turku. The schedule is synchronized with the ferry’s departure. On Utö Island, you will find a shop, a school, and even Finland’s oldest lighthouse!
Utö Havshotelli is Finland’s southernmost sea hotel, featuring a 120-seat restaurant in the main building, Kasarmi, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served. More information about the hotel here.

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for Utö Havshotel for the upcoming summer season of 2025. The season begins on March 28, 2025, and ends at the end of November.
We hope from you:
- Proficiency in Finnish and English; Swedish language skills are an advantage
- Extensive experience in managerial roles within the restaurant industry
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team
- A customer-service-oriented attitude
- Flexibility and resilience under pressure
