We are looking for a receptionist for occasional work in the Helsinki Metropolitan area, primarily in Helsinki. Your responsibilities include customer service at the reception, which is the heart of the hotel and the guests' first point of contact. You will check guests in and out of the hotel and provide them with warm and knowledgeable service. Your work will be varied, and we hope you are solution-oriented and comfortable asking for help from colleagues. You will need: - Fluent proficiency in Finnish and English - Experience with the MEWS system - Good social skills - An alcohol serving license is a plus This is a flexible job opportunity that allows you to work in different environments and learn new skills.
